Two Illinois men arrested on terror charge

An army national guard and his cousin were arrested for conspiring to provide material support to the terrorist organization. The National Guard was arrested Wednesday night while attempting to fly to Egypt to join Isis. His cousin was arrested at his house due to the fact of a plot to attack the U.S. military facility. The two U.S. citizens were charged with one count of each conspiring to provide material support and resources to a foreign terrorist organization. In the past 18 months the Justice Department's National Security division has prosecuted 32 cases of people attempting to travel abroad to join terrorist groups and of those cases 18 of them involve support from Isis.
